Your pavilion rental entitles you to exclusive use of ONE covered pavilion area with picnic tables and garbage cans, admission for your guests, shared use of the enclosed brat stand sinks (hand washing and three compartment dish sink), exclusive use of a refrigerator/freezer combo, use of 1/2 the enclosed brat stand, and five stainless steel prep tables. 

Grills within the brat stand are not for customer use during rentals. No grills, flat tops, or NESCO warmers are included, but can be rented for an additional fee.  Clean-up is NOT included. Your party is responsible for sweeping the pavilion area/brat stand, wiping off picnic and prep tables, and changing trash bags (leave full ones next to can).
